Job Description
|
Easwaran started as an assistant in accounts. As an accountant in the finance administration team he is helping Mathew doing the budgets and planning for the future. He is also doing accounts for the small Non Timber Forest Produce groups, for example in Seminarai. He will be working on streamlining the accounts for all the groups.

Easwaran is a native Badaga from the Nilgiris, Conoor. He has got a bachelor of Commerce. His first job was to work as a trainee with audits. After that he was looking for another job, believing he had to search in Bangalore or somewhere else, but he didn’t want to leave Nilgiris. Then he got in contact with Keystone. The only thing Easawaran knew about Keystone was that they sold honey, but soon he started to like Keystones work. You will find him in the office early mornings as well as in the evenings.
Joining as a 23 year old, maintaining all work was a challenge. Now he has learned hard work and likes it. Since he is a man from Nilgiris he gets a chance to work for his fellows, which he likes about his work. He gives all his credit to the people of Keystone and says it’s the best place to work in the world. Whenever he goes for vacation he has Keystone in his mind after a couple of days. Most of his friends are in Keystone. |

Easawaran lives in Kotagiri with his sister and he likes spending time with her. He also likes dancing at the village festivals. Before he played cricket, he loves cricket. |
