Job Description
|
His role is to build in organic and fair trade principles at the village, marketing channels and consumer levels. His responsibilities are training, despatch & delivery, outsourcing products for Green Shops and collecting market information. He is travelling a lot in his work, being at the village production centres, delivering products to the Greenshop’s and purchasing materials.

Miller joined Keystone in 1996. He is a local person from Kotagiri. Earlier he worked as an electrician. Keystone has given him knowledge about tribal people, environmental issues and English. Before being supervisor for Enterprise Development he worked with Apiculture. A confidante of many, his knowledge of local conditions makes him an asset.
Miller feels that Keystone is like one big family. He likes mingling and joking with all the staff. With Keystone he has learnt a lot about ecosystems, organics, tribal people and marketing. As he says “I’m a very lucky fellow. I’m growing very fast”.

He got married to Angeline in 1998 in Coonoor. They have got a seven year old daughter named Florens. Miller is a Roman Catholic and religion and helping people in need have meant a lot to him since childhood. |
